KinkOnDemand.com Now Offering Content from Germany's Marquis

SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco-based Kink.com has added its first third-party content to KinkOnDemand.com.

The new material is from fetish photographer, director and entrepreneur Peter W. Czernich, founder and creative force behind German fetish brand Marquis.

"We've been fans of Marquis for years," said Peter Acworth, Kink.com founder and CEO. "When you think of slick high-end fetish with great production values, Marquis and Peter Czernich are among the first names that come to mind."

The first Marquis offering on KinkOnDemand.com is "Pure White Room," a three-part video directed by Czernich and originally released on DVD in Europe. It features a medical fetish theme with bondage and complex latex fashion, with the focus on esthetics familiar to Marquis fans. Like most of Czernich's titles, it has been unavailable in U.S. release and only available to collectors who ordered it from Europe. "Pure White Room" is the first of more than 30 Marquis videos scheduled to be released on a weekly basis on KinkOnDemand.com through late 2008 and early 2009.

"When we built KinkOnDemand.com, we wanted to offer the very best fetish material in the world," said John Sander, Kink.com's vice president of marketing and business development. "Marquis has helped define the face of fetish fashion and eroticism for 20 years. These are premium European videos that have been difficult for fans in North America to get."

Czernich has been active in the fetish scene for 20 years, from the late 1980s when he published the German edition of fetish magazine Skin Two. He founded , the legendary periodical of the late-'80s and early-'90s German fetish scene which ceased publication in 1994.

Czernich then founded fetish magazine Marquis, a brand which has since grown to encompass video production, book publishing, live fetish events and a fetish showroom in Solingen, Germany. A spinoff magazine, Heavy Rubber, was launched in 1997.

This is the latest expansion of Kink.com in the last few weeks. Previously it launched website BoundGods, released its first DVDs and established KinkOnDemand.com for users who would like to access videos from Kink.com's 13 paysites on a per-shoot rather than subscription basis.

Webmasters interested in promoting Kink.com content, including KinkOnDemand.com, can visit KinkyDollars.com or email the Kink.com affiliate manager at terry@kink.com. The affiliate program offers 50 to 60 percent eevenue share or $30-$55 per join.
